By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

ExpoBridge Pulse provides custom-built data collection experiences for exhibition stands, including:

• Design and development of branded survey applications
• Deployment and hosting of survey applications
• Real-time analytics dashboards
• Data export (CSV, PDF)

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately for each project via a written proposal or agreement.

3. Client obligations

When commissioning a project, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate survey questions, brand assets, and event details in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline
• Ensure that the survey content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights
• Inform survey respondents about data collection in accordance with applicable privacy laws

4. Data ownership

• Survey responses: All survey response data belongs to the client who commissioned the project. We act as a data processor on behalf of the client.
• Survey design and code: Unless otherwise agreed, the custom survey application code remains the intellectual property of ExpoBridge. The client receives a license to use the deployed application for its intended purpose.
• Brand assets: Any brand assets (logos, colors, fonts) provided by the client remain the client's property.

5. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• Prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of VAT where applicable
• Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate

6. Delivery and acceptance

• We will deliver the agreed application by the date specified in the project proposal
• The client has 5 business days to review and accept the deliverable or request reasonable revisions
• Two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise specified
• Failure to respond within the review period constitutes acceptance

7. Hosting and availability

• We host survey applications on third-party infrastructure (Vercel) and aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control
• Hosting is included for the duration agreed in the project proposal. Continued hosting beyond that period may be subject to additional fees

8. Limitation of liability

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• We are not liable for the content of surveys created at the client's direction

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice
• Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will provide the client with their survey response data in a standard format (CSV/JSON) upon request

11. Website use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact form
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the website except as permitted by our robots.txt

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which [COMPANY NAME] is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION].
